Cum To Mama
The Hoochie Mama is a playful Sex Ed program designed to guide women through the evolution of their sexual expression & identity in the postnatal period.
Whether you are healing from an abortion, have experienced the loss of a child, adopted, opted for surrogacy or birthed your own baby, finding information on how to best support yourself at the intersection of maternal, mental and sexual health, is one that sometimes feels impossible in a world that asks this vital part of your nature to remain hidden & self imprisoned.
Motherhood should not require you to mute your desires, and this is something Hoochie Mama HQ is mega passionate about unraveling.
Sexual health is already a topic heavily policed by societal, cultural and religious constructs.
Necessary conversations that would otherwise serve to improve a women’s agency as she navigates motherhood & her own sexuality, tend to be highly contested and hindered before any major mainstream progress can be made on the matter.
With a surge of content creator MILFs on subscriptions sites like OnlyFans, heated debates around choice politics dominating the press, and between *60-80% of women watching porn - now feels like a better time than ever, to unpack the nuances of sexual identity and expression as they interplay into the lives of females journeying the initiation of maiden to mother.
— Angel Phoenix
My name is Angel Phoenix and I am resident MILF @ Hoochie Mama HQ! I am a full spectrum Doula and sex worker who has spent the last 10 years of her life deepening my relationship to both the female form and the human experience.
Following the birth of my first child, I was unknowingly thrust into the all too familiar identity death that most mothers silently navigate on their own - the loss of the maiden and the condemnation of the whore.
Inspired by the rollercoaster of my personal experiences tightrope walking personal power and parenthood, I developed Hoochie Mama as the answer to questions no one seemed to be able to answer for me.
After working directly with hundreds of women and birthing people throughout the gestation & postpartum process, training over one thousand Doulas to be trailblazing activists in the birth space, funding the construction of a mother & baby health clinic in Ethiopia, investing in a femme tech start up to improve body literacy, and being featured in worldwide media on all things body sovereignty, activism and holistic maternal health care;
I am incredibly excited to bring you a body of work advocating for erotic & embodied motherhood.

Hoochie Mama acknowledges that motherhood isn’t a phenomena exclusive to cishet women.
This being said, language found throughout this body of work will be gendered based on Angel’s own gender/sexual identity + expression, experience, scope and desire to keep this a safe space by owning what it is she can do, improving on what she do better, and being honest about what demographics she can most positively impact.
Words you will come across are mother, women, birthing people, parent, she, her, gay, they, queer, father or similar.
We love and cherish our friends in the LGBTQIA+ and Enby community, and making every effort to keep you unharmed is of paramount importance.
There are a myriad of exceptional creators and alternative sex related courses, with a focus on inclusivity and diversity. They are trained and equipped to hold space for folks like you. We may not be the safest space for you, and you deserve to feel safe - so it’s okay if you choose to go.
